Pierre Sosnitsky, Chef and owner of Pierrot, is the culinary guru of the kitchen. He finds inspiration in the traditional French dishes of his childhood and executes them with the best local ingredients. Pierre worked at Sans Souci and Rive Gauche in Washington DC. After moving to Boston ran the dining room of the beloved Maison Robert.
Christophe Micou, Chef de Cuisine, joined
Pierrot in 2005 and has been using his talent to create classic French
dishes true to the hospitable virtues of the bistro style. Christophe
has a culinary degree from Ecole Hoteliere in Paris and has trained
with some of the finest French chefs such as Paul Bocuse in Lyon and
Roger Verge at Moulin de Mougins.

Boston French bistrot Assoc. degree in
culinary management plus 5 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or in
Hospitality Management. Experience in classical cooking required. Responsible
for menu/food preparation, manages kitchen/culinary program, human resources,
